Company History
The company is the product of a merger between AV Networks, Inc. (AVN) and Digital Intelligence Systems, Inc. (DISYS) that took place on August 1, 2000.
AV Networks, Inc. (AVN) was founded by two of DISYS' current owners in October 1991, and provided onsite repair and networking services for local government and commercial customers. The approximately 40 individual staff members reported directly to company executives, ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of client satisfaction.
DISYS began with two consultants who had been providing software development, project management and network infrastructure support to government and commercial customers. Focused on providing highly skilled consultants to compliment customers' technology staff, DISYS helped clients complete major IT initiatives without the long-term cost of hiring additional employees.
Following the merger of AVN and DISYS, company executives continued their tradition of day-to-day, hands-on involvement in the business. Today, all four owners work closely with the company's almost 100 employees to provide customers with cost savings in every transaction and to ensure total customer satisfaction.
